Tuesday park hopping...

Sunny, high 82. Looks like a pool day, followed by Blizzard Bay. Then Epcot, tonight!

The Caribbean Beach Resort central pool featured two waterslides.

We then headed for Blizzard Beach!

On to Epcot for dinner and a fireworks display...

Monday at Animal Kingdom

We spent the whole day at (8:30AM-7PM) Animal Kingdom, and no, I don't think we waited more than 10 minutes on any ride... I remember being underwhelmed by it ten years ago, but, I think they have figured it out. Destination Everest was fantastic! I was the boys first "grown up" roller coaster, and boy did it play with their minds! Nathan sucked it up and went twice... once with Dad, and once with Mom. The baby swap thing works great for the boys! (Disney issues a FastPass that can be used at any time of the day for the other parent.) This included both doing Dinosour! twice, too! I didn't get wet at all on Kali Rapids, which made Jen decide to try it. Oops. She got drenched. We saw a ton of animals! We finished the day off at the pool till 9 (they were in @ 6:30AM, too).

We did see Nemo, the Musical, and I thought it was really good... I think Thomas and Nathan thought it was a little babyish (sniff). Of the things we really wanted to see, I think the only thing we missed was The Lion King show... Overall, the park felt comfortable... The shows were full, but the ride lines weren't... Yak and Yeti did a great job on Jen's Mahi-Mahi and my Curry Seafood.. The boys ate a lot of our food, as the kids menu is pretty weak. Oh, we are staying in the Caribbean Beach Resort, which was pretty convenient getting there and back.

All in all, a great day!

This, that and the other.

This is why Annie loves Sam....he takes a bite, she takes a bite, he takes a bite.....you get the picture.

Do they come any cuter?  He found his own little seat.

Mommy opening her birthday present. (Nathan is rubbing his nose though it looks otherwise)  A new watch!

Mommy's birthday supper....Thai!

On candle duty.  Thomas and Grandpa made and decorated the cake.  Chocolate!  with a pink heart in the middle.

His spot in the kitchen...notice those locks...they are now gone!

Nathan and Lyla....a weekend trip to Clifton Park.

Uncle David and Sam.  David has a way with little kids.  They all like him.

Hm...how do I get to that cake?  Just wait until they all start talking again.

Half-way point in Springfield to get Nathan who stayed on two more nights in CP though it was Thomas' turn.  Thomas is getting more and more attached to his mom and his home.  In fact, tonight they are to go camping with their Dad and the boy scouts.  First thing Thomas did when I woke him up this morning was shed a few tears saying he didn't want to go tonight.  I told him he would be disappointed with himself if he didn't go.

Our first little snow storm.

Thomas still loves to clear and shovel though this storm only needed a broom.

Enough snow to make a snowman.

Aren't big brothers great?
