One beautiful winter day we decided to get rid of the huge pile of branches...just a few shots from that day.
Since February, Thomas has been able to go through the night without a diaper! We've had to do sheets a few times, but I'm not complaining!
One of the times we were visiting my parents after Benjamin was born, I was leaving and my Mom asked if I needed water. I said yes because the water I had in the van was nasty. Then, on the next trip (which may have only been one week later), the boys were riding in the van with my parents. My mother handed a bottle of water back to Nathan and she asked him if it was okay. He said it was nasty but continued to happily drink it up. Thomas, not to be left out, was hankering for the bottle so Nathan passed it over. My mom asked Thomas how the water was and she got "it's nasty". I'm quite sure that wasn't the same bottle I declared nasty, but they remembered what I had called it and decided that's what they better say too. Just cute.
Thomas has an incredible sense of smell. He is always asking to smell things as well as asking me "what's that smell?". Any sound, smell or sight out of the ordinary is caught by Thomas and noticed. He is extremely observant. I must admit my sense of smell is only fair so half the time I don't even notice the smell until he points it out.
Today, they really didn't want a nap so I let it slide. I found out at supper that they both still need at least a half hour nap sometime in the afternoon. Thomas was in bed by 6:45 and Nathan by 7. This evening has been too quiet and lonely!
